How do I return an item?

Unused, regularly stocked items may be returned by contacting our customer care team within 15 days of the delivery date by calling

[email protected] . A representative will create a return authorization and give you further instructions for completing the return process. Each return is subject to a 35 percent restocking fee and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund amount. All items being returned must be new, unused, and in original packaging. All returns will be credited back via the same method of payment used, normally within 5-7 business days.
